Your tasks:
– conducting conversations with clients on matters related to loans, debts, debt collection and bankruptcy,
– diagnosing the client’s situation and selecting appropriate legal solutions,
– cooperating with the Analysis and Legal Department,
– building relationships based on trust and transparent communication,
– concluding agreements with clients.

Desirable qualities:
– communication skills, ability to listen and lead a conversation,
– goal orientation,
– empathy in contact with customers,
– ability to efficiently manage time and schedules,
– responsibility, dynamism and decisiveness in action,
– experience in customer service or sales of premium services will be an advantage.
