This position is ideal for someone who builds relationships from the heart, knows how to listen, respond, organise and ensure that partners feel cared for at every stage of the cooperation.
Your tasks:
– acquiring Business Partners for cooperation,
– maintaining and developing relationships with Business Partners,
– constant contact and ongoing support in cooperation with the Firm,
– coordinating the flow of information and documents between the partner and the Team,
– identifying the partner’s needs and offering tailored solutions,
– cooperating with the Analysis, Legal and Sales Departments to handle the cases referred to them,
– ensuring timeliness, clarity of communication and an atmosphere of cooperation.
Desirable qualities:
– building relationships based on trust and mutual respect,
– high personal culture and natural concern for other people,
– responsibility, empathy,
– good organisational skills, autonomy in operation,
– ability to listen,
– experience in serving business partners or B2B relations will be a great advantage.
